We are currently the only student accommodation in Middlesbrough located only 200 metres from Teesside University campus that can also offer:

• Two popular food shops (Tesco Express and Iceland Foods) within 50 metres from Linthorpe Hall entrance.

• Multiple international food shops (with a wide variety of multi-cultural food items and fresh produce) within 100-200 metres from Linthorpe Hall entrance.

• Linthorpe Hall is surrounded by a multitude of cafes, restaurants and bars within 50-200 metres, including Middlesbrough’s most popular Chinese Restaurant & Takeaway ‘Guli’.

2) We know what International Students Prefer

Our management have many years of experience helping international students from a multitude of cultural backgrounds to have a comfortable stay in Linthorpe Hall.

Our international student tenants usually have one of the following three preferences:

• Prefer to live in the same flat with only students from the same country

• Are happy to be assigned to a flat of international students from multiple countries

• And those who want to practice their spoken English as much as possible can ask to be in a mixed flat with British and international students

Please let us know about your preferences in the ‘Additional information’ section of our ‘Register to Book’ form, so that we can ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as it can be.
